As a pain killer, spearmint is used to calm head, stomach and intestine aches. It has a proved calming effect, helping with anxiety and insomnia. It is expectorant and helps with some mouth infections, such as mouth ulcers.
Alleviates bad breath and is excellent for skin cleanliness.
